Typical tight Lumber yard. Pretty fast unload though! Truck Entrance is on the west side, follow the signs and wait at the rear of the driveway.

They we're going to charge me over $1050 for pressure treated woods. I purchased excalty same order for $605.99 at Dolan's of Pinole. I've been using this place before but never compare the price with other lumber store. I should check it from now on.

I am giving two stars because that the only store that charge you 3% when you use the Credit Card! I called as soon as I realized the front receipt (pink sheet) did not match with the CC receipt in the back. I bet, They do it intencionally! I called to ask why they are doing this, they answer "I believe there is a sign in front that mention that charge" "SHE BELIEVED" She is not even sure. This behavior is unlawfull in California! I am a General Contractor who buys big chuncks of material, now that I am relizing this bad customer service. CHANNEL LUMBER WON'T BE MY FIRST OPTION!
