I ordered 2 pieces of glass cut to install in some cabinet doors. The sales lady scheduled me a time to pick them up. She said they might give me a call when they are ready, too. But assured me they'd have it done before the pick up time. I've now been waiting in the parking lot for an hour. The glass should have been done 2 hours ago! The sales lady tried to turn the issue around onto me. She said, "Remember on the phone I told you not to come until we call you and tell you it's ready to be picked up!" Which is a blatant lie.
That was not the conversation we had. It's apparent that she forgot to tell the installers to cut a couple piece of glass for me before they left to work on a major public transit job for the day. I'm stuck here waiting, because she dropped the ball. What a waste of my time.

This place is an absolute joke and waste of time. I will never go back to them again. After being told my repair would take no more then an hour. I was there for 2.5 hours with 0 updates from the staff as to why. Then upon leaving I received absolutely o explication or apology. I hope no one ever goes back here it is a waste of your life and not worth the work they do. I could see in back while I was waiting to a garage full of KIDS standing around doing nothing while I was looking at my car still untouched and he into my visit

I would definitely use this business again. I was having problems with an old windshield installation and ended up getting some rock damage and South Tacoma Glass was recommended. They did a GREAT JOB! Excellent work, great service, personable staff. They even assessed how bad my old installation was and voiced their concerns with me. They have earned a repeat customer! Great job, team!
