Got a planer and dust collector here in person a couple months ago, but great to deal with over the phone or online also. The person who sold me the collector gave me some tips on assembling the collector which probably saved me a lot of time. They really know their equipment and it is worth buying from a knowledgeable small business instead of a giant corporation that may not know anything about what they are selling.

I will never buy another large shop tool anywhere else. Small, local outfit with a zero-pressure, knowledgeable sales staff. They'll help load you up, offer their own warranty on tools without a mfg warranty. They can price match on new equipment, but having done both now I can say their deals on almost-new surplus / demo equipment are a far better option than buying old beater tools on Craigslist or at auction if you don't want to pay full price.

I almost hate to write this as I want to keep this place a secret, but I also want these guys to succeed! This is simply the best place to buy equipment in the Western United States this side of the Mississippi! Who cares if there is a scratch here, a dent there, or the package is scraped? All of the machines they sell are mechanically sound, tested, about half off of retail prices saving the buyer thousands. Frank and the gang also know anything and everything about them.

This was my first and definitely won't be my last time ordering online from them! I ordered a 300lb bandsaw that needed to be freight shipped to Texas. Not only was shipping free, but I didn't have to pay all of those nuisance fees either (lift gate, commercial vs residential). Shout out to ABF shipping as well. They even brought my bandsaw all the way up to my garage for me (which is uphill). Overall, Im super impressed with the communication and service throughout this process. I would recommend these guys to anyone and look forward to purchasing more equipment in the future.
