I had Capital Home Improvement come and install a patio cover to replace mine which was damaged in storm. The quality of material was good. Then it started leaking around the brackets that attached it to my home. At this Point the water has now gone behind the facia board and Gutter. Potential MAJOR Water DAMAGE In years past My Husband and I Didi Repair for Coast Home improvement before it was taken over by Capital Home Improvement. Called many times to try to get the situation resolved. Called again today 6/8/ 2022 and Rachel informed me that there was NOT a Reliable or Qualified technician that could come and rectify or Repair the Problem.

Willing to pay for service call and Whatever would take. I'm More than just Disappointed, I'm also ashamed to say that I've given then several leads on home projects to Capital Home Improvement. Going to call a RELIABLE Company to Fix! Something that was paid for in full and Never preformed it's Original purpose. Customer service is Lacking At Best!,

Capitol Home Improvement was a great company to work with when we had our windows replaced. They did a great job keeping the house clean as they replaced each window. They made the whole process very easy and stress free.

I cannot say enough about the positive experience that Capital Home provided with my window Installation. Wow, from start to finish it was a good and wonderful experience. Traci Austin, Rachel Ward as well as Joe and his crew were phenomenal. Traci worked with us on our estimate and our quote which was delayed due to Covid 19. Rachel patiently answered all of my questions and I had quite a few. Joe and his crew showed up on time and completed the job in one day.

They were very professional and left the area clean after they were done. The price offered was phenomenally the best I've seen. Hi Erik. I am assuming you took a look at my profile and saw I live in NM now and assumed I had the wrong company. However, this incident occurred and the corresponding review was written in 2010 when I still lived in Spanaway, WA. Its the same company, so my review still stands. 03/12/2010: Called these guys to get an estimate for a addon to our house. We wanted to do a storage room, master bedroom, and master bathroom.

The guy showed up 25 minutes late with no excuse. He also told us he'd call us in a couple days with a real estimate (since he had just given us a total ballpark on the spot). He hasn't called us yet and it's been over a month. Not impressed!

Professional and friendly. Best Bang for your Buck! I could not be happier with the installation (in snow and 22 degree weather) and the beauty of my new windows and doors. Installers were quick and professional. I had received a quote for over $10,000.00 more than what we paid, and we got more windows and doors than the first quote from competitor. I would absolutely recommend this company and would hire them again.

Capitol did an outstanding job! Replaced deck on front of the house and added a landing and steps in the back. Their team was professional and cleaned up each day. Gaynor came by to make sure we were happy with the job. I would recommend them to friends/family.
