This place has horrible customer service. I bought three tiles and they are very close to my house. The tiler went to install and pieces has cracks in them. Instead of offering us even a small discount or replacement option or any other solution (like most other vendors have done for us when items have been shipped late or cracked just for pure customer service sake), they refused to do so and said we signed paperwork when we picked it up. It was just a small order so they could have done a way better job in handling this issue. I now have to start over and find a whole new tile somewhere else in a hurry before a house inspection.

We were undertaking our own bathroom remodel and were complete newbies. We walked into the showroom without an appointment. Meg spent an inordinate amount of time walking us through various options and giving us amazing advice on style, design and selection choices. We purchased all of our tile from Tile Fantastic and have been incredibly happy with it. Thanks for the great customer service!

We were looking for tile for our new gas fireplace. We went into Tile Fantastic and Tom guided us through our options. He really went the extra mile to talk us through what would look best for the space we were working on. We ended up finding a tile we loved - which of course was on back order because it was coming from Italy and, well, Covid. Tom got it ordered though and three months later, we love it!
