All good they helps in prompt delivery. However I am not sure why they won't take any other pallets back rather than their own. For their dirty pallets they keep $35 deposit for each pallet. Though if you deliver their pallets back, they deduct $10 and credit back $25. I ask why you keep$10/pallet? they said that's their policy.what policy and what for? Also they (almost all) charge for partial pallet charge.not convinced that too for sure. I really appreciate genuine response if any with meaningful answer.
