Lorrena is a horrible salesperson who does not want to help at all. We waited for 2 weeks and called her back and got a response she did not receive anything. In the middle of conversation, she disappeared. Wasted out time by trusting her initial promise. Perhaps this is a way of reducing her workloads. Pretend she did not receive anything.

Came here and they didn't want to help me. They said "We don't have it in stock. Come back in January" they could have prepared layout and let me know what cabinet size cabinets I could get and a proposed layout. Oh well. Didwant to help me so I moved to another place that was glad to help me even though the cabinets don't arrive until February.

In and out! It was that quick. Browse, choose, give measurements and you'll have your sketch and estimate. A big THANK YOU to Lorena who assisted me with professionalism and. a lil much-needed counciling. : I expressed what my needs were and she was authentic and honest in her suggestions and I very much appreciate and respect that in an individual. My experience of Apex was a process of ease and outstanding customer service!

I purchased several moldings and was told by Lorena that I would be able to return any unused material. Due to COVID 19 many contractors where not working. Finally got someone to finish the work and when I tried to return the Unused material Lorena refused to give me a refund. Be aware that when they want your business u get the best customer service once u make the purchase it's a different ball game. Lorena was Very rude and disrespectful. Would never refer anyone to this store. There are many other options to choose from. Worse customer service.

This place really exceeded all my expectations in what they were going to do. From the beginning to the end, the process was smooth. I got a great design, great appliances and other parts to my kitchen and bathroom, and they referred me to a great contractor. During the installation they checked in often to make sure everything was going smoothly. I recommend anyone who is getting work done to the house to check this place out.

Ask for Lorena, she has been nothing, but professional, helpful, & does her best to meet client's needs and reasonable expectations. Her work is thorough, and she employs smart & knowledgeable staff to help assist her in achieving desired results for her clients.
