We had three windows and two sliding glass door replaced. The difference between single pane aluminum frame windows and double pane vinyl windows is amazing. It's so much quieter and so much more insulation from the heat. Vista Windows were wonderful to work with. The staff helped us make product decisions and were clear about what we should expect. The installation team was fast, efficient and neat. My only complaint is why did I wait so long!

Update 4/2022 Still nothing, not repaired and no contact. After the install I wrote a glowing review but there is no glow for the support. I had a couple windows leak which they took care of in a few weeks, great. This year (May) I emailed/called about another leaker and they don't seem to care about supporting my issue. I call or email (numerous times) they say they'll check, even took measurements, then crickets Now is Oct, no word back in months so I guess I'm on my own. Looks like other people are getting installs done but follow up work is ignored. Dec and still no fix.

Vista Windows in Monrovia did a great job on our windows. Philip helped start the process by coming out to our house to have a conversation about what we wanted to do. Olga met with us and showed us their showroom. She also helped answer additional questions and solidify our order. The order took about 5 weeks (quote, order, and install). Megan was great at keeping the communication line open. The day of installation, Ernest and Anis (sorry if we got the spelling wrong) were professional, polite, and considerate of our cats. They did a good job cleaning up and finished installing our 7 windows as well as replacing 2 sills in about 5 hours. Great experience all around. Glad we choose to work with them.

Everyone at Vista was amazing! We called in knowing exactly what door we wanted which made everything super easy. We spoke with Megan who was able to provide us with a quote and then We met with Phil who came to our house and did the measurements. We then followed up with Olga. Everyone was super friendly and always willing to answer our questions. The door itself took a while to come in (we ordered in October and came in feb 2).
It only took a couple of days for them to paint it and add the hardware we desired. They did an amazing job at matching the molding inside of our house exactly along with the paint color. Overall we are so in love with our door. Highly recommended!
