This was my first time at this specific location and Randy, the manager, was extremely helpful and patient with my questions. I had mentioned a specific product that I had purchased before through Value Home Centers that had just been broken and he replaced it for me no problem at all. He also took time out of his day to answer other household questions I had. I really enjoyed the help and experience from Randy and the Pittsburgh Avenue store I will be going there from here on out.

Helpful staff. Always ready to help and experienced. They didnt have the part I needed. Had to order from manufacturer. Still prefer them over big box stores

Staff are kind and knowledgeable. Be aware of prices, but most things are very competitive prices against big stores. As always, consumer be educated. Over all, nice little home town style hardware store.

Always well staffed. The store on Pittsburgh looks good. They had what i went for- 15 minutes in and out. Watch their ads in the Sunday paper. Competitive prices make it worth the trip. I mean unless you want to roam around acres hoping someone will help you.

I give it 4 stars for the small hometown hardware store. You may not find everything that you would at a larger DIY store may have. They don't do lumber or have an outdoor garden area. They do have just about everything for fixing up something in the home. Great for painting!
