I am not the type who usually leave a review, but the transformation of my back yard deserves the recognition of its visionary personal. I did not know the company when I first had an idea to have something done in the back yard. They were highly recommended to me and they did not disappoint. Ed Terra reached out to me after I contacted them, words cannot describe how down to earth he is, how professional and understanding he is, how he envisions the yard and gives ideas before he even draws it, how reachable he is even though they are extremely busy with tons of other projects all over, how good listener he is.
With Covid, the project took a little longer but it was all worth it. I have never spent time in my yard in the past 5 years as much as I spent in the past 4 month. The transformation of the back yard was unreal, out of a magazine. Everyone sees it they call it a little resort; that I don't have to go on vacation anymore, I brought the vacation destination to my back yard. Thank you from the bottom of my heart to Dex By Terra Company and especially to Ed Terra

We had an in ground pool installed in the fall of 2020. We chose Dex by Terra to do our patio work. After speaking and meeting with Ed over the course of the project, we were confident he would bring our vision to life. He and his crew worked efficiently and we couldn't be happier with our space! We highly recommend Dex by Terra!

It began with a vision, then it's the undertaking of trusting someone to deliver and make it a reality. A project of this scope needs someone that can not only deliver but share the vision we have, make suggestions and/or changes at a moment notice, have patience, be there when you cannot, to be respectful and communicative and be there for the duration of the project. We received all of that and more, our project manager, and so many others, who oversaw and worked on the entire project exceeded our expectations at every level, the tile and stonework, the overall craftmanship and level of detail is exceptional we could not be more pleased with the outcome. We thank you for making this a reality!

While it may seem unnecessary to spend the time and money on a proper pool design, I can assure you that you will end up saving money, time, and aggravation in the end. I wish we had been connected with Dex by Terra at the start of our three-year pool project (2018-2021), but thankfully, they found us in the eleventh hour. Joe Medeiros was awesome to work with and created a design that turned our backyard into a residential resort.
Without a plan, we were ready to move forward with a simple retaining wall, paver patio, and hot tub surround. What we got was nothing short of spectacular! The look, the flow, everything was just perfect for the space, our design aesthetic, and our budget. And it was easy to make adjustments as we went along. Although we used our own mason and landscaper to complete the project, it can be difficult to find these craftsmen which makes the full-service offering of Dex by Terra even more important. Even if you only work with Dex on design, it is worth the investment of 2% of the total budget to get a proper design rather than winging it. You won't be disappointed!

I highly recommend Dex By Terra. They did the patio work and landscaping for our pool. Joe Medeiros was our designer for the project. His designs hit our wish-list items while also ensuring we remain in budget. He was more than willing to make any revisions to ensure we were happy with the project. Once the project started, Dex assigned us a project manager to ensure things were running smoothly.
Our project manager was Krystal Ford. Krystal was a pleasure to work with. She was there to answer any questions/concerns we had, and she coordinated all elements of the project to run on-time and within the contracted budget. I highly recommend anyone who is looking for landscape design work to strongly consider Dex by Terra!

We highly recommend Dex by Terra! We worked with them to create an "outdoor room" that included decking for a new pool, outdoor kitchen, patio, exterior landing and landscaping. The entire project exceeded our expectations. Everyone was extremely professional and personable, from Ed Terra to the guys who showed up everyday doing the physical work. Any issues or questions that popped up were quickly answered and dealt with.
They work with us during the design phase to come up with the best solution for our property by utilizing their design software to change things up on the fly during our meetings so we could see if our ideas worked out or not. The final design plan was awesome, and it was build to plan, but the actual final product is amazing. We plan to have them back to work with them again in the near future.
