Few years back, one of their drivers smashed into my parked Jeep. It was a hit and run. Unbelievable. They tried to offer me $500 for the damages. My Jeep was totaled.

I had scheduled glass block installation a few months out due to their schedule being unable to accommodate an earlier date. In interval I went with another company that was able to do the job timely and I forgot to cancel my installation reservation with MKE glass block. Today, I received a reminder call re. Planned installation through Milwaukee Glass Block which caught me off guard as I had completely forgot about the job we scheduled months ago. however I told them I had to cancel due to the fact I had already had the job completed (2 months earlier).
I was then rudely told to not bother calling them again and was hung up on. I didn't even get a chance to apologize for my error. What is with people. Of note. I had a great experience with them a few years ago for another job. This was really unexpected.

I bought a house last year and wanted to replace all of the basement windows. Several people recommended Milwaukee Glass Block, so I hired them to replace 10 basement windows. The workers were at my home most of the day. They were courteous and professional, keeping me apprised of their progress, as they worked. The team worked as efficiently as a well-oiled machine. I was working from home at the time, but they did what they could to minimize disruptions and noise. It's been a few months since the work was completed, and I've been pleased with the windows. I would recommend this company to people who are interested in installing glass block.

Milwaukee Glass Block did an outstanding job on our basement windows. They replaced eight windows in our basement. They quoted the job in person, sent me the quote, and then did the job in about three hours. Everything was really easy, efficient and professional. They even vacuumed up afterwards, so my basement was cleaner than it has ever been!
