18 years, 2 families, many kids, multiple dogs and life is hard on hardwood floors. It was time to sand and refinish them and I couldn't be more thrilled with the work that Wicks Wood Floors did for us. With the exception of the living room and an office, our entire first floor is wood, so the idea of taking on this project - with 2 kids, 3 dogs and 9 years worth of life and furniture - has been nothing short of daunting.
The owner, Mike, walked us through the entire process up front, helped us understand what to expect and put us entirely at ease. The team completing the work was friendly, helped me with choosing the right products and color, respected my home and did a phenomenal job. I can tell the attention to detail that was taken and they left almost no dust behind. I can't recommend Wicks enough.

Follow up was excellent! The crew was very knowledgeable! The have specific people that do each phase of the install. The workmanship was very well done. We had a small flaw they came back no questions asked and repaired promptly. This business is run very well with great people in place. We are very happy and want express our thank you.

Floors overall look good and nice people to work with, but attention to detail is lacking. Instead of replacing boards with pieces out of them, they used putty that does not match the color of the wood. There are gaps between pieces of wood, and communication as a whole was lacking.

Fantastic experience from start to finish. The front office is courteous and answered all my questions. It took me 2.5 years to pull the trigger on this project, and they were not pushy at all. All the guys that worked on the refinishing project were friendly, knowledgeable, and willing to accommodate some out-of-scope finishing touches while they were here. My 65 year old oak floor looks like it is brand new. I will be recommending them to anyone I know who is looking for this type of service.
