I have been renting here for nearly a decade. Not once have they failed me. I am usually familiar with the equipment, but when I am not, they do a good job describe function. They also let me know average time of use by other customers, so I can gauge my rental time and capacity. Once I called about a task, not knowing there was a tool to make the job easier. I had no idea there were rubber plate tampers.

This place is the best! The staff is friendly, and very knowledgeable! Had a great answer to every question I had. When I brought back my paint sprayer they greeted me by name. I will give them my business happily next time I need a weird tool or equipment.

For the first time I was going to sand the deck in my home. I rent a deck sander from them. Somehow I couldn't use it maybe because of my experience level probably. But they didn't charge me for rental and sand papers.! Manager and Shane are unbelievably easygoing and helpful. I'll give you business next time guys. Thanks.
