I recently had a broken spring repaired by them, the repair was a little on the pricey side but it was worth it for their rapid response and professionalism. They even put in a little extra time with me on the phone in order to make sure they came out with the correct parts the first time around.

I received 2 brand new springs and garage door openers from Overhead Doors. They were VERY REASONABLE PRICED! You have to wait a day or two for Miss Kathryn to get back to you, because they are extremely busy; she was "extremely friendly"! Overhead uses their own parts, so they come with extended warranties. My garage doors are the smoothest and quietest opening I've ever had! A+ EXCELLENT SERVICE.

We were quoted for a broken spring and a conversion kit. The tech, Dale, came out and was able to make repairs without exorbitant cost. He was very receptive to questions and explained his work. I'm very pleased with this service. They'll be my first call if ever a need comes up again.
