It turned out that their services were not a fit for our situation, but I submitted my request and got a phone call within an hour where they talked me through it, and they were so kind and knowledgeable - I'd definitely call them again if I needed soundproofing!

Ryan saved me $180 shipping by having a freighter deliver to my home, in addition this company's price was $400 lower then another company who advertizes that they are the best priced and will match any one elses. When I called to say I had to return our order and get refund your customer service was outstanding. I was sent an email with everything I needed to make return. Fortunately my supervisor advised me we could use the floor sweeps at another office. We decided to keep the door sweeps. Thank you for all your help.
