This company has terrible customer service. They will deny responsibility for their installers and will make it painful to receive any compensation for damages. I contracted with CounterTopia to install a counter top and sink in my residence. Lee came and measured the dimensions for the install. The company subcontracted the install. The two installers damaged one of my cabinets drawers while lifting the counter top into place.
I sent multiple emails and photos to CounterTopia about the damage and they refused to reimburse me. Their installers denied any fault, but I had photos showing that they either remembered wrong or intentionally lied. I asked for $120 reimbursement for parts and labor to fix the drawer. After multiple phone calls, CounterTopia finally agreed to reimburse me. only $100. Take it or leave it, they said.
They wasted my time and their staff's time arguing over compensation. It was a small mistake and a small amount of money. I understand that mistakes happen and damage can occur during construction. A good company would have taken responsibility immediately and reimbursed me quickly.
