Had to reschedule once because the technician was running late (hey - it happens and I understand. Especially where customer service is involved). Rudy was great to work with. Had to get the install completed in 2 visits because he didn't have the motor that was on special with him. Fortunately for me I wasn't busy so it didn't affect my schedule. Really nice people and quality workmanship!

Recently our garage was not working. Came out to be that the motor sparked and it was a bit old anyways. Door Mart was actually our second call for a consultation / estimate. The technician explained thoroughly what had happened and what can be done. We had it fixed right there and then. Fees were reasonable too. I would recommend Door Mart. Thank you again.

They were wonderful to work with. Very professional, fixed my garage door and made repairs as needed, and made recommendations. I would highly recommend. I am not sure about cost and how they compare to other companies but I was very happy with my repairs.
