I bought my shutters in the middle of the holiday season so the did take a little longer than expected but totally understandable. They were very good keeping my informed and when they came to install they were the nicest people ever. Very professional but very personable. Mind you I was going through a remodel, they were favorite people through the WHOLE thing!

I placed my order for shutters for my downstairs windows right before all the COVID 19 shutdowns occurred. Heritage shutters was very communicative and made sure I was aware of what would happen to the timeline of my shutters and installation. Once my shutters were installed, they were so incredible, I immediately called and set up my appointment for the upstairs to also be completed. Within the week, I had my appointment, and my quote was fair and I will be getting my upstairs done soon. My home looks SO much better than I anticipated. I am so excited to get the rest of my house done and would recommend Heritage shutters to anyone looking for good REAL WOOD shutters.
