Pool Deck Resurfacing
Our resurfacing process completely transforms worn pool decks by grinding off existing coatings and applying fresh acrylic lace materials. This comprehensive solution addresses deep cracks, severe fading, and surface deterioration while creating a smooth, uniform finish. The new coating system provides enhanced durability and heat resistance for long-term performance in Arizona's climate.
Cool Deck Coating
We specialize in Acrylic Lace Cool Deck Coatings engineered specifically for desert environments. This textured surface stays significantly cooler than traditional concrete while providing slip-resistant safety around pool areas. The UV-stable formula resists fading and cracking through extreme temperature cycles and prolonged sun exposure.
Deck Restoration
Our restoration service combines crack repair, surface renewal, and protective coating application to revive aging pool decks. We address both structural issues and aesthetic concerns, creating surfaces that look like new while maintaining functional safety. The process extends deck lifespan while improving comfort underfoot.
Commercial Maintenance
We provide specialized maintenance solutions for hotels, apartment complexes, and community pools. Our services include large-scale resurfacing, ADA-compliant texture modifications, and scheduled maintenance programs. The durable coatings reduce long-term maintenance costs while maintaining professional appearance standards.
Crack Repair
Our crack repair service addresses surface damage before it escalates into structural problems. Using high-quality fillers and reinforcement techniques, we restore deck integrity while maintaining seamless appearance. All repairs receive the same protective coating system as full resurfacing projects for consistent durability.

Got several bids on replacing our pool deck. Felt very comfortable with the way they explained the process and the price of the bid. Could not be more happy with the end result. Great Job!

Critical: Professionalism Worst customer service. Called to schedule on behalf of my boss and was yelled at and told " I will, not deal with this" simply for asking for a appointment. I have never been talked to so poorly when inquiring about a service. Whatever you do do not give you business to someone who hangs up on you for asking for an estimate.

We used this company twice to repair our cool decks. The cost of restorations were fair and both times the jobs were done earlier than expected. We are extremely satisfied with the work done. Both decks look good as new. Chase is very professional and honest. He's the best! We will definitely use Cool Deck Restorations if and when needed in the future. Thank you for a job well done.

Critical: Professionalism, Responsiveness Talked to the owner who said he would come out next week and "give me an opinion". I wanted an estimate. He only had questions about why I wanted a estimate after getting out quotes. It's called finding the best buy. If this is his attitude now guess what it would be when he came out. I said NO THANK YOU.
