The technical and support staff in Harrisburg we're marginally helpful, since I am not an authorized Inclinator service man. They did, however, give me the name of Iacony, who is their authorized service company. Although they were able to physically come to repair the 50 year old machine, the owner did offer technical support which enabled me to get the machine to work properly.

I built a three story house that was completed in May, 2013. An Inclinator elevator was installed during construction. It worked without any problems for the first 3 1/2 years. Since then, it breaks down about once a month. Various parts have been replaced which after ordering sometimes takes weeks to get in. It's been unreliable and I'm disappointed I put one in. I would not recommend an Inclinator elevator to anyone and would strongly suggest if you are thinking of installing an home elevator you explore using another brand.
