I've used these folks once before and dealt with crabby, curt people while I waited weeks for a very small mirror. I was actually providing the mirror and asking them to cut it. Because they were close, when I needed a small mirror, I called them and and they quoted me over $60 for a 14 round mirror and told me 3-6 weeks. I called Lancaster Paint and Glass where a very kind accommodating lady was happy to quote me $44 for the same mirror and 1-2 DAYS delivery. No more Browns glass.

Received our quote quickly but took some time for it to come in and be installed. Once it was put up it was exactly what we wanted for a custom shower. After about a month of using it was leaking around the fasteners, I sent a message to Facebook responded to right away and someone was back at our house within a day to reseal around the fasteners. We were made aware this might happen after use. No issues since, excellent customer service!

The install of the Antiqued Mirror for my cabinet doors looks AMAZING; and the technicans that did the install showed up on time, were very polite, knowledgeable and so pleasant to work with! Tori was very helpful coordinating this project with me remotely, with prompt email responses and phone calls. Although it was a small project, it went so smoothly from start to finish and I greatly appreciate that! I highly recommend using Brown's Glass for any of your glass or mirror projects!

I had such an amazing experience working with Browns Glass. We had numerous windows and screens replaced in our home. We even had a large shaped window they replaced as well. Everything turned out beautifully. The salesperson we dealt with, Tori, was absolutely amazing. She walked us through every step of the process and was very knowledgeable and helpful, as I was new to this type of repair. The two gentleman that came out to do the work were very professional and very nice. They did an amazing job. They even got everything completed before our settlement! I would highly recommend them for any window repairs!

My experience at Brown's was positive. I was able to order skylight glass (contractor has to install it) at a fraction of what other companies were going to charge. Brown's was very knowledgable and presented me with many options that fit my needs. Great company!
