We LOVE our new security doors. We've had them a few months now and every time someone comes to visit they comment on how gorgeous our front door looks. First Impression did an amazing job while also keeping us well-informed about dates/times things were going to happen. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful experience starting with our first phone call to First Impression! The lady who answered our initial questions and set up the free in home consultation was helpful. Our meeting with Jack Stoner was great. He did a fantastic job helping us narrow down our choices and leading us through the entire process. Our install tech Junior was also super friendly and did a thorough job with the install of the door.
Best of all we were quoted 6-10 weeks and got a call to schedule install in just 2 week! Door installed on week 3. Jack followed up after the install to make sure we were happy. Highly recommend First Impression. I guess there is a reason for the name!

I would highly recommend this company. We moved here in Dec and didn't know who to call. Googled them and with 5 stars we knew who to call! We met with Gary Stephenson in the showroom and ordered a beautiful new security door and gate. They arrived yesterday 4/6 and Jr, our installer was great. Very pleasant and hardworking! Thanks Gary and Jr! I love my new front door and gate! Jan and Jerry Peterman Mesa
