Roof Coatings
Our elastomeric roof coatings provide UV resistance, thermal insulation, and waterproofing for commercial and residential buildings. These 100% acrylic formulations reduce energy costs by reflecting solar radiation while maintaining flexibility in extreme temperatures. Ideal for new installations or recoating existing systems, they extend roof lifespan and meet Energy Star certification standards.
Polyurethane Foam
High-performance spray polyurethane foam systems offer superior insulation and waterproofing for industrial and residential structures. Our closed-cell foam provides R-values up to 7 per inch, meets ASTM C1029 standards, and forms a seamless barrier against air and moisture infiltration. Available in HFO-blown formulations with zero ozone depletion potential.
TPO/PVC Recoating
EC-6300 aqueous acrylic coating restores single-ply TPO and PVC roofing membranes with exceptional dirt resistance and solar reflectivity. This high-solids formulation (62% by volume) creates a durable protective layer that withstands ponding water while maintaining flexibility through thermal cycling for extended membrane life.
Geotechnical Foam
TerraThane geotechnical polyurethane systems provide soil stabilization and void filling for infrastructure projects. Our hydrophobic 4-5 lb density foam expands to lift and stabilize concrete slabs, control erosion, and reinforce foundations while resisting saturation in wet conditions.
Metal Roof Protection
UltraShield Topcoat offers advanced protection for metal roofing systems with superior adhesion to steel and aluminum substrates. This acrylic elastomeric coating resists thermal cycling, maintains flexibility at sub-zero temperatures, and prevents corrosion while meeting UL fire safety standards for commercial applications.

I am a former receptionist for Pro-tech Products. I loved my job, Randy, The Owner was very good to me as was Ben and the rest of the guys. The products were awesome and very dependable quality. The reason I quit was due to the office Manager. I dont like to speak bad about anyone but she was TERRIBLE! Hateful, rude, insecure and alot of roofers would complain to me about her and i would make excuses for her actions. Pro-tech products are a very good reliable product. Pro-tech is a manufacturer we use and trust. Most clients use sub-par roofing contractors and have a bad experience due to the contractors lack of knowledge to apply the correct coating system and system components. We use and trust pro-tech products and have not had any issues. Customer service is on point and reps are always asking about each projects final finish and do routine site visits to confirm the contractor is performing their tasks correctly with the right system components. This better protects our clients and a big reason we shop local with trusted vendors.

We have been using their foam and coatings for 20 years. We had one issue 15 years ago and that was immediately rectified. We will always use and recommend the product and the people that work at Pro-Tech.
