This company is absolutely the worst to deal with. Their work is unsafe as panels are not secured at all. Not truthful and much disregard for the customer.

Can't them get to respond, Delivered fence late on 10-4, was supposed to be the 28th and fence was substandard quality. These guys have the worst reputation in the industry. Why can't you just give me a call back and respond? I finally spoke to Wayne today and he said he'd have Ruben put in another work order to have the rest of the fence removed. Check around before you hire these guys, NO CUSTOMER SERVICE, POOR QUALITY, and NO RESPONSE.

I recently hired the company to do some fence repairs and installation of new fencing. I was quoted a two week lead time and we're now five weeks out and I'm told it's going to be a six weeks in total, assuming they hit that deadline. My biggest concern is there's been zero communication.i don't understand how a job can be portrayed at contract execution at two weeks but yet it takes six weeks to complete.

I know they do great work but there's lots of areas of improvement including customer services and project completion time. Based on my experience please plan on an extra month from whatever time frame they provide.

Alex and Paul were beyond helpful to me today! I bought 6 200 foot rolls of no climb and they took the time to make sure everything was secure! The price and the quality made it worth the drive from Prescott! Thank you both so much! I will be back for more fencing and shade structures!
