A decorated Army veteran, he grew the business from a one-man operation to a 30-employee company, earning the Chamber of Commerce's Business of the Year award in 2002. Took an old storm window in to have reset in frame, it was coming apart between glass and frame, could actually see gap. They called about 2 hours later said ready. Went in following week to pick up, they brought window out I looked at it and nothing had been fixed. Still gap, so did they actually look and do the work they were about to charge me for? Not so sure!

Great service. Replaced our windshield after it was busted by a rock off a semi. Easy to work with, we did not use insurance for the repair, however, they do work with insurance companies. Quality workmanship, only wish the bugs wouldn't smear the clear view through the new windshield!

This place is definitely as good as it gets. My dad had a small mishap with a brush-hog and shot a rock through the side of his cars' window :P. One phone call later, I had a reservation at Wooster Glass, came in the next day and left 2 hours later with a car that looked as good as new for a great price. Keep up the good work!

If you are not a contractor your work gets bumped to the back of their priority list. Once waited 2 weeks for a glass top for our kitchen table. Had to call them and check on it!
