I purchased fencing with a lifetime warranty. Within the first couple years I had to have two locks replaced. A few years later another lock needed to be replaced and then part of the fence came apart. I called them consistently for over a year with no response. Finally, reluctantly, a repairman fixed gap in fence but not the lock. As a result I have a gate permanently locked shut. They remain unresponsive, NOT a lifetime warranty.

While the initial installation was good, follow up service was terrible. Locks failed, and in spite of the "lifetime service and replacement" promise, they replaced one -- and no others, as over time they failed. Finally I had a larger issue than being able to open all my gates (my fence was pulling apart at the top), and called -- and called and called for more than a year, before a nice man came out, fixed the more major problem -- but did not replace failed locks. I would never use Polyvinyl again, as they do not fulfill their initial promises -- which were part of the reason I had chosen them in the first place.
