Sustainable Composite Materials Manufacturer
Established in 1999, FlexForm Technologies operates from a 55,000-square-foot facility in Elkhart, Indiana, specializing in the development and manufacturing of non-woven natural fiber composite materials. Our products are engineered to meet the demands of diverse industries, including automotive, office interiors, aircraft, recreational vehicles, and modular housing. With a focus on sustainability, our materials incorporate rapidly renewable resources and post-consumer recycled polymers, offering lightweight, moldable, and fully recyclable solutions. In 2008, we expanded our operations to introduce a state-of-the-art office panel system manufacturing line, utilizing a patented process that aligns with the highest industry standards. Our Wonderphyll product line addresses environmental concerns by exceeding Greenguard, LEED, and CARB compliance requirements, ensuring low VOC emissions and no added formaldehyde.

FlexForm Technologies' one-step 3D molding platform enables manufacturers to produce complex parts with reduced cycle times and enhanced structural performance, while eliminating the need for additional adhesives or production steps. We serve global markets, with operations extending to Korea, and maintain a commitment to innovation, efficiency, and environmental responsibility. Our team prioritizes scalability, delivering millions of square feet of custom-ordered materials to meet client specifications on schedule. By integrating sustainable practices into every stage of production, we empower customers to achieve their environmental goals without compromising quality or performance. FlexForm Technologies remains a leader in composite material solutions, driven by a dedication to advancing manufacturing processes that benefit both industry and the planet.

Flex Form is an automotive supplier. (For car manufacturers.including Tesla). They specifically make the fibrous material used for door panels, cargo covers and dash inserts. This local plant is part of a larger company with plants in other parts of the world. Their environment is pretty clean (although intentionally humid) if you work in manual labor (factory side) or the laboratory. All of the employees and leadership I have worked with have been professional, honest and friendly. Their business model also is more resilient than the RV industry businesses that dominate Elkhart County.

This is the worst job to work at if your seeking employment there machines are always breaking instead of fixing them they will just throw a big bandaid over the problem which makes there employees work extra hard there turn over rate is ridiculous due to poor management and management treating the way they want there strict on the point system when they want to be some employees get favortism shown towards them by getting clock in by supervisor when the running late in some do not!

I guess they've got sued once before for discrimination and there will be a case opening against them again pretty soon but overall this is a horrible company to work for you'll see for your self don't take my word for it
