SE Concrete Products was established in 1939 in the city of South Gate, California by Guy F. Mattox as a manufacturer of concrete products, including house piers and incinerators. In 1947 a partnership was established by Guy F. Mattox and his son Robert. In 1950 Robert became the sole owner of the Company.
