I recently purchased a new property in Yarmouth and initially had no intention of installing a fence. However, immediately after taking ownership it was clear I needed a fence. I contacted several companies, but as we all know it's difficult to get good prompt service these days as everyone is so busy. Bennett fence while as busy as everyone else still treated me as a valued customer. They communicated lead time clearly and then delivered on time and did a fantastic job.

Most importantly the owners and crews are just nice people and treat their customers with respect. I am normally not a "review writer" but was compelled as this type of old fashion customer service is rare to find these days. Please call them for any of your fence needs!

Within a week of completion our front gate started to sag and scrape along the ground and not latch unless you physically lift the one corner by hand. I called several times and was told someone would come out but they never did. Now my main gate scrapes open only 8 inches or so frustrating us every time we use it. I'll have to pay someone else to come out to see how to best resolve.

The two men Ron and Jack were the very best at what they do. I've been a landscape contractor for 35 years and I would tell the public to call Bennitt fence and ask for Ron and Jack to install. You will not regret it Service: Wood fence

Phil and the install team are polite and professional. The work is done well although there were some mistakes made. They fixed them promptly though. However, Nicole, who handles the billing and customer service has been difficult to work with, is not personable at all and can be rather rude and condescending. I've hired them twice and while I'm happy with the end result of the fence, the process was a headache, Nicole is not a good or kind communicator, the schedule does not stay the same and I just have to think that I could have gotten the exact same quality with much better customer service from somewhere else. We will be using someone else to complete our fence next year instead of returning to Bennett.

They did the job they were called for a repair on a chain link fence. The customer service was poor never called to say they weren't going to show up on the day date said they were coming. It took two months for the repair that took less than 10 minutes. If you want something done in the reasonable amount of time don't call them.
