RUDE, INCONSIDERATE, Tried to get pricing for a Commercial Gas Installation that would be worth $10k and he hung up twice before we could even discuss the project. DO NOT CALL OR USE.If you can't answer the phone and be courteous then your business deserves to FAIL.

I've used him twice now, once to replace my hot water heater and once because my baseboard was making a weird sound. Both times, he picked the phone right up, which is something I can't say about the other 15 guys I called. Came when he said he would both times, fixed the problem both times, charged what he said he would charge on the phone both times. Not much more I can ask for.
