Knowledgable staff, quick and easy in and out. Beat HD and big competiton on price of item I was in search of, which makes me happy that a local supplier can do!

They refused to cut a piece of lumber to fit in our car. We aren't even talking a cart full of complicated custom cuts, ONE SINGLE PIECE. We will never, EVER give them another dollar.

Amazing store and they have everything for the most part. Won't let you in the lumber yard well before they close though.

I already loved Botello's for the Hard-core, grubby stuff I have to get as a contractor but this week they dazzled me with phenomenal service and an excellent price with the military discount on this sexy new grill. I researched the hell out of this grill and thought I knew it better than anybody, but they knew precisely what I was talking about and gave me even MORE info on it that I didn't already know.

They were pleasant, knowledgeable and provided expert, professional assembly. Botello's is like a mini Disney World for contractors AND homeowners and this grill experience put them over the top for me.
