Metal Stamping
Our metal stamping services produce complex washers and components using compound and progressive dies. Capabilities include 800-ton press operations for parts up to 0.687" thick. We maintain tight tolerances and flatness while offering prototyping through production.
CNC Machining
State-of-the-art CNC machining centers handle turning, milling, and complex geometries. Our equipment supports 31.5" diameter turning and 50" x 40" machining envelopes. We integrate bar feed systems and robotic automation for precision components.
Metal Fabrication
Full-service fabrication includes laser cutting, plasma cutting, and robotic welding. We produce assemblies from steel, stainless steel, and aluminum using CNC press brakes and advanced welding techniques for structural and industrial applications.
GEOMET Coating
As Wisconsin's sole GEOMET applicator, we provide chromium-free corrosion protection. This RoHS-compliant coating offers 1,000+ hours salt spray resistance for automotive, aerospace, and heavy equipment components.
Steel Slitting
Precision steel slitting services process coils from 1.250" to 50" widths. We handle thicknesses 0.010"-0.265" with 30,000 lb. capacity, offering toll processing and direct mill shipments for cost-effective material solutions.

Watch this be removed too. The guy who ran my shift would often (10-14 hours of or 3 day shift) leave for golf. We have a problem and need him? Too bad. Then they shut down the shift with no form of notice. Also pay is below average, seriously just look else where for work. Kwik trip down the road from there pays better.
