I pull in here for a delivery and they come right out to my trailer. I'm in and out in 2 minutes and not walking around looking for somebody. Great service here thanks.

I placed a $1556.39 order for blue stone (3 sizes) after 2 delivery delays my material arrived. When the stones were unloaded 2 were broken and our order was missing 4 stones. After several calls to resolve this issue speaking with Stephanie and Steve, they proposed to return the 2 broken stones and offer me a 5% discount to repurchase the 4 missing stones at their new price which was 25% higher than my original purchase price WITHOUT EVEN CREDITING THE PRICE OF THE STONES THAT THEY FAILED TO DELIVER.
When I asked to speak with the President about this unsatisfactory resolution, I was told that he had proposed the resolution and that it was the best resolution that he was willing to provide. I had intended to purchase an additional $842 of material but will not patron a company with unethical business practices. I have found the same materials at HG Page and Pleasant Valley Landscaping with pricing aligned with my original order. I have escalated this to my credit card company to correct for the undelivered material, but buyers beware - you don't want the incredible headache and lost time dealing with this crew.

These folks are fantastic! I am a driver who delivers stones to them. They waited for me to get there one day by 5:30! It made my day possible to head back home. It's stressful driving sometimes. They made it less stressful! Thanks again to Stephanie, Anita and the crew!

Huge shoutout to Darren, Mo and crew at Montfort for helping me take on a new retaining wall stone project. From the appropriate 6 feet social distanced service in the showroom to the yard, they were beyond helpful in showing me all my options. The counter service during quarantine was professional and safe. The delivery driver was on time and more than accommodating on where I wanted the pallets placed in my driveway.
The whole crew answered my plenty of annoying questions, and boy did I have a lot. Got myself into a project I knew nothing about! I couldn't have asked for better professional service, especially during this quarantine time. Highly recommended!

Initially I thought they were great, when I gave them the square footage of cultured stone I needed They gave me twice the amount. The counter guy cris even told me he thought he doubled my order And it wouldn't be a problem to return. (Honest mistake )Well when I returned the next day I had to pay for his mistake 10% Which would of been fine if it was mine. This was based on the managers decision Well good job buddy your losing customers instead of keeping them. Good luck keeping your 5 star rating
