CMS, LLC warrants that its products shall be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of 3 years from the date of purchase. This limited warranty shall apply to installed products that are used only for personal, family, multi-family projects or household purposes and which are maintained in accordance with CMS recommended maintenance procedures.

The traditional method for installing tiled showers is time and labor intensive, creating a water in/water out. Contrary to popular belief tile is not waterproof. Moisture will infiltrate the mortar bed and solid backing on the walls. The moisture must percolate through the mortar bed to the sloped pan liner and through the weep holes in the drain.

All material is made to order. Quoted prices generally include only the furnishing of cultured marble/granite material and installation thereof (including the pan liner). Any additional work must be specifically identified in the bid. The installer will broom sweep and remove debris from the job site (no dusting, no washing, etc.).
