Thank you RBA for building our dream home! My husband Rick and I (Diane) selected RBA to build our custom modular home. We could not have made a better choice! We wanted to be very involved in the design of our home and RBA worked with us every step of the way. Pandora beautifully refined the design to achieve a home beyond our expectations. RBA's experience and expertise in the modular home building industry is second to none.
Bill Lashovitz has the Best Team! RBA's attention to detail is impeccable. All phone calls answered (and returned) promptly! RBA worked with us not only with the construction phase, but with the administrative processes as well (surveys, variances, construction loan, permits, inspections and all utility hookups). Pictures paint a thousand words, so please see the extraordinary process unfold! From old house (good-bye :-( ), demo, piling foundation, modular home construction at Apex Pa (RBA scheduled an appointment for us to see our home being built!), house delivery and set (1 day!), decks, siding and final beautiful new home! :-) Thank you All at RBA! RBA Homes was very helpful through this whole process. We had some major issues with our insurance and mortgage companies that caused a lot of stress and delays, but RBA helped us and stayed with us through the whole ordeal, where I feel no other company would have and all would have given up on us. They assured us we would get through it and everything would turn out ok and in the end we ended up with a beautiful home with all the features we wanted and more. It is the house of our dreams. Definitely recommend!

My husband and I purchased our home from RBA Homes over 2 years ago and have never had any regrets. We moved from out of state and relied heavily on reviews like this to narrow down our choice of builders as well. Even after 2 years I know I can call them and they are happy to help me with any questions or concerns I have. Upon our first visit to their office we knew they would be our builder of choice.
From that point the majority of the construction took place while we were still living in out of state. They kept us informed every step of the way and we arrived to New Jersey with our beautiful new home waiting for us, it was built not only with the quality they had promised and the customized features exactly as we wanted but the biggest surprise has been the commitment the staff have given to us after we moved into the home! In our experience RBA Homes not only builds quality homes, but Pandora, Bob and Bill are "quality people"!
