I was having great difficulty locating a particular product and luckily came across F&F Supply. I placed an order online, and within minutes, received a phone call from Brian thanking me for my purchase! What company does that anymore? I immediately felt valued as a customer and knew I'd be purchasing more from them. Moreover, Brian said he'd process my order asap, and to my absolute delight - it arrived the very next day! This place is real friendly, it has everything you need and the service was quick and easy. The best time to shop here is around the holidays cause they make you feel real special, you don't get that type of love from any hardware supply store and that's why I love this place. #1 Hardware store in New York
