We worked through Green Builder, AJ Stones to order two sets of stairs for both sides of our home, using Hampton Concrete. Hampton had a timely delivery per our specs and the stairs dropped by hydraulic crane into place gracefully. We added handrails after our winter weather, and soil was developed around that in early spring. In terms of safety and functionality, we are very satisfied.

I couldn't find any trench drains in Phoenix. These came up on a search and fit the bill 100% for what we needed. They put them on pallets and were shipped out to me. Hampton concrete products definitely are a win win especially with the metal grating which come fit to the trenches.

Purchased an egress door and steps from them. We were not satisfied with the original install. The prep work was done by a construction guy and a mason to their specifications. We believe the steps were not "seated" properly leaving, 1/4 to 1/2 inch gaps between them and the foundation. On the positive side, after a phone call and discussion with the owner explaining or dissatisfaction, they came back and corrected their original installation. In the end we were satisfied with the install.
