Windows look nice but i can now hear when my neighbor sneezes across the street. Not sure if this is an installation issue or quality.

Although all the window companies have a long wait list, the experience with SWM was great. The sales process was not stressful. They gave us the best quote around and they didn't feel pushy like many of the other companies were. The installation was fast, efficient, and the men who did the work were kind and respectful. They did a fine job and cleaned up the mess afterwards. I couldn't be more satisfied.
Customer service was also great. If they couldn't get to my call, they'd return it immediately, they answered all my questions, and they were very respectful. The windows are well manufactures and come with a warranty. They are a great value. I am satisfied with the entire experience.

We purchased several windows several years ago. We started having problems with three of them. The owner of Superior Windows, Lou personally came out to see what the problem was & took care of the three windows @ no cost to us. I recommend not to go threw other contractors to purchase Superior window. Go straight with Superior. They will take care of their customers.

We talked to several window companies and really appreciated Superior's respectful way of doing business. We replaced our 3 front windows. Larry did the installation, carefully and professionally. We love the result. Highly recommend!
