Patco Construction has been in business for over 35 years, a feat that few general contractors can match. Our construction company provides design-build services that include: planning, designing, preconstruction, engineering and construction through project completion. The firm is located in Sanford, Maine and is family-owned. We've grown under the second generation of the Patterson family, Greg and Mark. Greg focuses on the commercial construction operating group that specializes in custom metal buildings utilizing a design-build approach and self-perform erection.
