I have my kitchen cabinets through LS. The quote includes soft closure cabinets but they're not soft closure they just have a little plastic buttons so they don't slam loudly when you close them. They should have soft close your hardware. Also the quote includes installation and we install them ourselves so the quote should never have included installation.
