If I could give 10 stars, I would. These are some of the finest people you could do business with. Patient, kind, personable, informative are Jimmy & Ramie on the sales floor. And then there's Victor's installation crew that are beyond excellent in their work of installing our floors. Polite, neat, and a pleasure to be around. Even the singing was great! The cost was very reasonable.best price for the shopping around CU that I did! Thank You Carpet Advantage!

After dealing with so many non-responsive contractors, it was nice to have someone call back when they said they would and answer emails/calls promptly. The installers were nice and polite. Highly recommend Carpet Advantage for your flooring needs!

I am so pleased with my kitchen/flex room flooring. I chose the flooring and had it ordered at the end of July 2021, but because of a post-pandemic glut of people wanting new flooring, I had to wait till October for installation. Once the flooring arrived and installation was scheduled, the installers did a fantastic job, including repairing a rotten area of flooring in the utility room and installing 18x24 inflexible tiles around various water and gas pipes with minimal seams. The Coretec Stone cork-backed tiles I chose were pricier than others I considered, but well worth the extra cost in terms of looks, durability and comfort underfoot.

We work with Carpet Advantage and they are consistently one of the best companies for flooring, period. Jimmy and Ramie are always on point with keeping a project moving and if an error is made, they're excellent at correcting it. I'd highly recommend them. My primary interaction with the company is by way of the property management firm that I work for and we definitely appreciate their attention to detail and professionalism.

Two of the big box stores which promised "free" installation overstated the square footage of carpet by 15% or more. Since I built my house, I know exactly how many feet of carpet it requires. Carpet Advantage was the ONLY store I visted that did not embellish the numbers. The price was fair and competitive and the service was pretty good considering how difficult it is to get contractors freed up in this day and age. That would be my only complaint, everyone seems to be overextended today.
