They do great work when they decide to show up and work. I asked Jeff back in 24 August if he could fix a couple small issues we were having. He told me he would take a month or so. I have been pretty patient but every time I reach out he blows me off more. I'd rather just have him tell me he doesn't want to work for me because I would've found someone else by now. It's been 3 months since our initial contact and I'm still not even on his Schedule.
This company is clearly too busy to service the public. I didn't give a 1 star bc the one door they came and helped do (months after initial contact) was done well. I had a ton of other's work I wanted to give him knowing they were competent but I have the feeling I won't get him out here until 2023 if I'm lucky. Edit. Based on your response you didn't read my comment. I would be happy to have you guys come out and work on my house and make money/change your rating but you have yet to schedule even a visit since my initial contact on 24 August. hence the 3 star.

We had double entrance doors and storm doors as well as an entrance door from garage to mud room replaced. A wonderful company to work with and products priced reasonably

After shopping around for new exterior doors, I am glad I came across J&E. Ed was awesome, the price was very competitive, and the installation went very well. They did a clean job and were very trustworthy. Highly recommended.
