I was extremely happy with my kitchen remodeling project (2013). I spent about two months reviewing options and making selections. The actual tear down through completion time was just under 5 weeks. The coordination between various contractors and suppliers was very smooth with no delays. I highly recommend this company.

BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY! They do not stand by their products and do not help you at all when something goes wrong with their products. Our cabinets were under warranty and we purchased them from Venture Kitchen and Baths. Our experience purchasing them and designing the kitchen from them was pleasant. Then within a couple of weeks, the cabinets started peeling and this got worse and worse. The hinges of the cabinets became loose and my husband had to tighten the hinges every weekend.

When we called Jay to explain the problems we were having, he told us that they stopped dealing with the supplier, "Pioneer" and we would need to contact them with our faulty cabinets. We were shocked that Jay did not help us even though this was within the warranty. We contacted Pioneer ourselves and and it took a whole year for Pioneer to finally respond and replace our cabinet doors. We are very disappointed with Venture Kitchen and Bath. They do not stand behind their products. Beware of this company please.
