Excellent service, called them at 1:00 on Friday afternoon, both springs replaced and done by 3:00 much better price than their competitors, Sal is a great guy, very friendly, Thank You Barcol

Absolute horrible experience from this Company. I would suggest that you never call them, and call somewhere else. Made an appointment on Friday. Was told someone would be out between 11-2. At 2:30 I called checking on the status, and was told the technician came back to the shop to get my parts, finish up the job he was on and would be over afterwards. No one showed up or even called. I sat around all day for a no show, no call! Called at 4:05 only to get voicemail and an after hours number. Called both numbers and no callback all weekend. Called this morning to find out what happened, and got hung up on twice by someone who didn't want to hear what I had to say. Called back a third time and got the owner. He at least apologized, but the damage had been done already. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU WANT THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE YOU WILL EVER EXPERIENCE! Zero stars!

Expert assistance with my garage door needs, great customer service and less costly than local competitors! Thank you!

I'm very pleased with Barcol Door. They were able to replace my broken garage door springs the same morning I called. Marco was very professional and friendly. I will use them again.

Phenomenal job! Scheduling was super easy, compared to other service providers I've called in the past. Sal was on time and did an incredible job replacing our chain and cable kit; as the cable had begun to rust out. Service was quick and cost was very reasonable. He cleaned everything up as well. Super knowledgeable and overall an excellent experience. 100% would recommend!

Called in early afternoon when cable broke and my garage door was stuck shut. Sal was here in 2 hours and fixed it no problem. Top notch service here!

Every experience I've had with the team at Barcol Door is excellent. From new garage door purchases to the repairs of doors and openers. The service is fast, friendly, and a good value. Thank you Brent and team for the great service!
