Wanted to purchase some stone for a pool & was told within 2 minutes, "you're not going to get what you want." I am only looking for a simple product! I guess this place is for contractors so if you're a homeowner or DIY'r keep it moving because these people do not want your business.

We at Brushton-Moira Community Memorial Garden work with Mike Yellin. We have had about 100 Memorial bricks made at Paragon. They are top quality and the company stands behind their work. Thank you for always fulfilling our needs.

Not really sure why this women would leave such a bad review for Val, I have personally had a privilege of dealing with her for over 20 years. She was a saleswomen were I purchased my motorcycle before coming to Paragon. Val has always been very professional in all of the hundreds of transactions I've had, and thats not always an easy task. I don't know as much about stone and building materials as i do motorcycles, And I can always count on Val for helping me get all the correct information and make sure I don't buy stuff I don't need.

Bottom Line is don't judge Val by this one women comments, maybe this women just had a bad day and Val was in the wrong place at the wrong time. Paragon Is a nice place to shop with great displays, plenty of products in innovatory and ALL THERE EMPLOYEES ARE FRIENDLY AND COURTEOUS.
