For over 30 Years, AE&M has been serving the electrical, electronic scientific and aerospace industries with a wide assortment of custom-made thermoset cases, cups, small electronic enclosures, potting shells, bobbins, terminal board, and headers. Our unique product is custom made to our customer's specifications, to meet their needs for transformer, magnetic, high voltage power supply, and electronics packaging. Our products have been used in many different applications, such as Military, Aerospace, and Air Force.

AE&M has tools available for many sizes of compression molding cases made of Thermoset material. Also, injection molding of thermoplastics materials (such as ABS, PPS and LCP) are available at your request. Our products are custom fabricated to your specifications, from Nema Grade G10/FR4 Epoxy. It has an extremely high mechanical strength, good dielectric loss properties, and good electric strength properties, both wet and dry. Certifies to Mil-I-24768/27 GEE-F. Nema Grade G11/FR5 Epoxy is also available.

All headers are fabricated from thermoset plastic or soft metal such as copper, brass or aluminum. The headers are precision machined to match the outside or the inside of our fabricated and molded cups.
