What is it about some companies that makes you wonder "it was such a pleasant experience' and 'why can't other companies conduct business like Kanter's?" Everything form my initial visit to the waving goodbye to the installers was a delight. To make sure you know I'm not a bot, I did have one teeny-tiny itsy-bitsy problem. Brian advised that the best thing to do would be to remedy the problem when additional work is done at my home. (This will most likely be in about eight months.) And, I have every confidence that they will actually do the work as promised.

We had a wonderful experience. Laura, our sales associate is awesome. Knowledgeable, excellent taste, quickly assessed what we were looking for- and very efficient. When she noticed that the original taping color we chose did not look right when the carpet came in, she called us to come in and look at some other options before installation. Kanter's has wide range of high quality carpets! Thank you Laura!

Very professional and the carpets were excellent quality. The installation of the carpets were done efficiently and and the work was of the highest quality. I have been getting my carpets from Kanter carpets for over 30 years!
