I've been here often and they always do nice work. Update: I went there on the Sunday after Black Friday when their sale was still on and a lovely, efficient, sharp young lady helped me with 5 rather involved pieces and it took until a little after closing time to figure it all out and write up the orders. She was gracious and accommodating and I left there very satisfied that everything was done to perfection. I can't wait to see all the pieces when I pick them up!

I asked the person behind the counter a few questions and when I asked for clarification she pointed at a frame behind me said in a frustrated and heated tone, "look at that frame right there." I didn't do anything to get that kind of "service." I turned around and walked out. I won't go back.
