I've lived in Georgetown Township my whole life and never heard of All Area Plumbing. I needed a water-powered sump bump backup system installed so I resorted to Google to search for a quality plumber. I'll tackle most home projects myself, but I've made one bad mistake with plumbing in the past, so I left this project to a professional. I'm so glad I did, because Matt was extremely professional and he answered all of my questions.

I called about a leaky toilet and they were able to come the next day. Unfortunately, the leak was only from loose fittings that needed tightening, not the wax seal replacement which I was expecting. It took Jordan 15 minutes to tighten the fittings and make sure the toilet was no longer leaking, and I paid him the $80 he asked. Yes, I know with plumbers there's a minimum, but this was my first time using his company and I was kind of hoping for a good-will discount. Sorry, I'm just mad as I should have checked the fittings beforehand. It's the first thing you do with a leak. Next time maybe I can provide a review that's based more on their plumbing expertise.

I had a situation where my basement flooded. Once the water was removed, I contacted this company and spoke with Matt. He was very caring and helpful during this time where I was frantic and stressed out. He and Jordan came over the very next morning, fixed the plumbing leak and also replaced the water heater (which was not working after the water incident). He was very kind and personable, very professional, reasonably priced and did a great job. If you want a plumber that will treat you very good and do an excellent job, call Matt.
