After contacting Clover Glass Shop to install a shower door in March, 2021, they came out to measure on April 5th and ordered the shower door and paid half of the total shortly after. Finally on August 31st we had the shower door installed. They said the delays were because the glass came in incorrectly multiple times. We went into the shop to show them photos of the scratched glass and that the shower door does not line up with the glass panel.

They also failed to install a header across the whole span (as specified in the agreement we signed), so the huge glass panel wobbles badly. We stated that we did not want to pay the final balance until they were able to fix the problems. Since the scratches were in the finish of the glass, we were told that the glass would have to be reordered. Fast forward to January 2022, and without ever hearing from them once, they charged our card the remaining balance! NO attempt to fix the issues with their installation and no permission from us to charge our card! For over $3k for a shower door install, this is ridiculous. Photos attached were taken the same day as the glass installation. The scratches were all over both pieces of glass.
